  5. Return Policy.
    Refunds are given, less shipping and handling charges, for items returned in like new condition with original packaging within 30 days of your receipt of the order.

    To return an item, call us at 1-800-547-8109 ext 243 to receive a Return Authorization Number and instructions. Write this number on the outside of the package. Products returned without authorization will not be accepted. The cost of the returned items, minus shipping charges, will be promptly credited via the payment method used. It may take 5-7 days for your bank to process the credit.

    Custom-made items cannot be returned. These items are made for your specific vehicle. Custom items include, but are not limited to: car covers, custom seat covers, Lloyd floor mats, and custom license plates. Please verify that the information provided for a custom item is correct before placing your order. Custom items are noted as such on the product page. We can only accept returns on custom items in the event of a manufacturer error.

    Covercraft: Per Covercraft, we cannot accept returns on the following car cover fabrics: Form Fit, WeatherShield HP, WeatherShield HD, and Sunbrella. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all other returned Covercraft items, including ready-fit car covers, Canine Covers, pet products, and Seat Gloves.

    Electronics: Returned electronics (including buffers, battery tenders, tire gauges, vacuums, and blowers) are subject to a 20% restocking fee if product has been used or opened. There is no restocking fee for a defective product returned in exchange for the same product.

    If you wish to exchange an item, please call us and we’ll be happy to help you find the product you need. Please call us at 1-800-547-8109 ext. 243 and let us know that you will be returning an item and what item you would like instead. We will assign a Return Authorization Number, which must be written on the outside of the package. Upon our receipt of the returned item, we will ship out the new item. You will be credited or charged the price difference, less shipping, to the original form of payment.

  6. International
    Due to increased shipping costs, we require a $100 minimum purchase on international orders.

    The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping in addition to any duties and taxes incurred at the time of importation. Consult your local customs authorities to determine if any import tariffs apply.

    Place your order online through our secure electronic system with a valid email address. Select International Shipping as your shipping option. Before your credit card is charged, we will email you a ship rate quote within 1-3 business days. * If you pay with PayPal, the funds will be automatically withdrawn via PayPal. Upon your approval of the shipping charge, we will process and ship your order.
