All merchandise is shipped via UPS Ground service throughout the Continental U.S. Delivery time ranges from 2 to 7 business days depending on where you live.
Florida Residents-please note: Standard UPS ground service should get your order to you in one day. It is not necessary to pay for any type of expedited service.
Some items are custom made to order and require additional time or may be drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer's warehouse.
Please understand, in regards to items that are drop shipped from the manufacturer or custom made items - Expedited Shipping begins at the Date of Shipment.
**UPS will not deliver to P.O. Box or APO addresses.** Orders to APO addresses are sent by USPS.
Attention military personnel! We ship to APO and FPO military addresses via USPS priority mail so you can receive Wolfgang merchandise wherever you are in the world. Flat shipping rates based on amount of order are listed below. We will handle customs forms. Sorry, we are unable to ship aerosol products due to federal regulations. Exactly when will my package be delivered?
UPS Ground packages are delivered to residential addresses Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., and to business addresses during their normal business hours Monday through Friday. UPS Ground packages cannot be scheduled to arrive at a specific time of day.
How do I get a tracking number for my order?
If we have a valid e-mail address, you will be sent an e-mail shipping confirmation of orders shipped from our warehouse via Quantum View Notify, with the method of shipment and the tracking number, immediately after your order ships. We ship via USPS outside of the United States. We have found USPS to be fast, secure, dependable, and cost-effective. We happily ship to any international destination.
