The construction is second to none, as in all WeatherTech products: The flexible rubber grooved gasket runs around the entire perimeter of the frame which prevents dirt from working its way, or moisture from seeping between the lens and the plate. The rubber gasket is visible through the clear cover so that the gasket itself serves as the frame. It’s literally sealed off from the outside! And, it’s a snap to put together. I had my 12-year-old assemble mine! The directions are clear, concise and all hardware is included in the package.
